Refund policy
At WonderWallsBoutique, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your wallpaper or decal order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the product back to us. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with your wallpaper or decal for any other reason, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for non-defective returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement product at our discretion.
Please note that custom orders, including custom sizes and colors, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
